About Riley L. Parr
Riley is a graduate from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, where he finished in the top 3% of his class. A Hoosier through-and-through, Riley graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with Honors and Distinction in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science.
During law school, he held several leadership positions, including serving as the Executive Notes Editor of the Indiana Law Review, the Assistant Chief Justice of Problem Writing and CLE for the Staton Moot Court Society, as a Writing Assistant for fellow students, and as a Research Assistant for former Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard.
He also received several awards, including the Papke Prize for the best student Note of Volume 51 of the Indiana Law Review, the Staton Best LCA Brief award, the Dean’s Tutorial Society Fellowship Award for best LCA Tutor, and as part of the team that won the 2019 Indiana State Bar Association’s Moot Court Competition, received the Best Oralist award. He was also named the 2019 Hon. Brent E. Dickson-Sagamore Inn of Court Fellow.
Riley primarily serves Boone County, including the communities of Zionsville, Lebanon, and Whitestown.
